- Annuity Account for all Dealers, regardless of Full Time/Part Time status (Employer contribution) 
- RI Laborers Health Plan/Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI - This NEW plan surpasses the Platinum Plan Twin River previously had 
- To qualify you must work an average of 30 hours per week for the preceding 6 months i 
- Vision benefit 
- Fit for Duty Incentive, members will receive a $100 bonus added to their HRA simply for going for annual physical and dental cleaning 
 
- Twin River Dental Insurance 
- Health Reimbursement Account: Dealers who receive health insurance, also have an employer contribution HRA account to help pay for associated eligible medical expenses. - Even eligible medical expenses may require a receipt 
 
- For Dealers who are Part time and do not have Health insurance or an HRA, the above contributions go into their Annuity account. 
- All Dealers receive Legal Services 
- Life Insurance - To qualify the dealer must work an average of thirty (30) hours per week for the preceding calendar year 
- Twin River provided in the amount of $50,000. 
 
- Paid Time Off – Regular full-time employees earn non-vested PTO after their first pay period. - After 90 days of continuous regular employment, employees are eligible to use non-vested accrued PTO. 
- At the one-year anniversary date of the employee PTO accrues. 
- PTO earned but not used will be considered vested beginning with the accrual of PTO during the employee’s second year of service. 
 
- Member Assistance Program - Dealers have access to the MAP program through the Union, or they can utilize EAP Employee Assistance Program, through Twin River 
- Members also can earn free College Degree, for themselves, spouse, children or even grandchildren at Eastern Gateway Community College!
